Welcome! My name is Donald Clark! I am the creator of this site and an aspiring IT professional with hands-on experience in PC repair, hardware diagnostics, and Windows troubleshooting; primarily gained through working on my own systems and in virtual lab environments. I’m currently studying for the CompTIA A+ certification, with plans to pursue Network+ and Security+ next, and my long-term goal is to grow into a strong IT systems and support technician who combines solid technical skills with effective organization, documentation, and process improvement.
