I’m an aspiring IT professional with hands-on experience in PC repair, hardware diagnostics, and Windows troubleshooting. I’m building toward CompTIA certifications (A+ now, then Network+ and Security+) and documenting what I learn through practical write-ups. My goal is to grow into an IT Support or Systems Technician role where I can combine technical skill with strong organization and process improvement.
